Thanks to a good friend of mine, I was given the opportunity to be the still photographer for a feature movie starring Matthew Modine and Richard Griffiths. It was a fantastic adventure; I discovered how movies are made from the inside (I have always been a movies buff and passionate about cinema). It was also the first time that I had to work with pro standards: shooting 12 hours a day for one month, managing an efficient workflow (including double daily backups), interacting with actors and crew members, having an obligation to produce good results, etc. The fact that I was a total newbie in a stressful environment didn't help much and I remember that I thought initially I wouldn't make it for more than 3 days. But eventually I managed to do just fine, I integrated with the crew easily and in the end I made fine photos that the producers liked.
